Please review these policies prior to your appointment with me!

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS:

Clients are required to provide advanced notice for cancellations. Cancellations of your appointment fewer than 24 hours from appointment start time OR no-showing your appointment will incur a fee totaling 100% of your scheduled service charge.

LATE ARRIVALS (15+ MINUTES) OR SAME DAY ILLNESS:

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Clients who are 15+ minutes late will be asked to reschedule and incur a fee totaling 50% of your scheduled service.

This fee also applies to illness same-day reschedules. Do not come to your appointment sick; you will be asked to reschedule and incur the fee outlined above.
